Home Shop till ya Drop!

Shop till' ya drop....Welcome to a shoppers paradise.

South Korea has the rightly deserved reputation as a shoppers nirvana. Boasting 25 story shopping Mecca's in Seoul to large outdoor open markets throughout the entire country you can find some bargains of a lifetime. The latest in men's and women's' fashions, off-beat unique designs, famous imported brand names in clothing , jewelry, and shoes can all be easily found. Large super "Techno-marts" exist to supply you with any and every tech gadget imaginable often at prices incomparably low to what you would have to pay in the west. Gucci lifestyle on a "thrift-store" budget. If wanting to look like you just stepped out of Sacs Fifth Avenue but not wanting to pay for it then Korea offers you the opportunity to nab some almost authentic gear for knock off prices.

Most major label brands are well represented with remarkable look a likes in most areas around Korea. Most shop owners in Korea are extremely friendly and helpful. You'll notice that once you enter a store, even if just to browse, you'll be followed by at least one shop attendant. This is customary and is meant as personal service to you and they are there to assist you if need anything. Don't be offended. It is customary shopping etiquette in Korea and quite normal. And remember....unless in a large corporate department store, ALWAYS HAGGLE THE PRICE! It's the way bartering and business is done in Korea and it is expected. Besides you'll most likely be pleasantly surprised by the outcome and get a super bargain in the process.
